How to communicate successfully in English within a multicultural team

If you work in a multicultural team and would like to improve your intercultural communication skills, this is the right course for you! In this course you will

- learn how to communicate successfully face-to-face, on the phone, in (virtual) meetings, to give presentations and to write emails and reports

- brush up your business English and your English grammar skills

- find out about the impact of culture on communication and teamwork

- explore your own culturally-influenced values as well as the values and attitudes of other cultures

- expand your intercultural competence to communicate effectively across cultures

We will discuss cultural differences and practise speaking and writing and working with authentic business cases through role-plays.
