What is understood under the term risk management and how is it implemented by employees and/or project leaders? Through input and practical exercises you will learn how to identify, evaluate and monitor potential risk, and to depict it in cost management. You will also learn how to create a risk plan. This seminar is in alignment with international standards of project management (PMI). It is part of the Project Management Course of Lectures which completes the examination for certification as Project Manager (T440565) but can also be visited as a standalone course. Requirement: Basic knowledge in project management.
