Leadership and management are two sides of the same coin. In order to be a good leader we need to understand the new challenges of the economy: In a post-VUCA world, we have to find a quick fix and a flexible medium-term strategy.

In this course we will explore and discuss the new types of leaders and learn motivational coaching such as:

- storytelling mindset changers and pitching tools

- Effective tools to show empathy and true interest

- How to deal with high-potentials and high-performers as well as to motivate low-performers

- Establishing a pragmatic dashboard to measure our leadership performance
