Participants will practice summarizing, argumentation, constructive criticism, disagreeing and finding consensus. Focus on prepared speaking, building alternative vocabulary, and speaking skills. Practice the language you need in daily business. Work on vocabulary and terms for specific topics of your choice, e.g. managing change, giving feedback, client service and setting goals. Discuss trends, "meet" industry and thought leaders and plan for success. Outside the classroom we share meals, chat around the fire and go on a fun outing. We speak English only! This course is taught by a Business English teacher who has worked for international companies and start-ups in marketing, sales, and PR.

How do you plan for life after work? What do you expect? How is it going? This course is for everyone interested in how to live the next chapter of their lives after work. We share our stories, and what we have learned. As an input we read about and discuss the experiences of retired folks who are busy with projects, traveling, or are still working and take a look at new retirement trends. A friendly and interesting get-together with language practice and teacher moderation and feedback.

We focus on speaking practice based on business and current affairs. Task-based and targeted to your needs, with constructive feedback. Activate passive vocabulary and learn new expressions. Getting stronger, more agile and confident in English is the goal of our fun weekend workout at the lake. We speak English only!

Intense language practice over three evenings on a case study. We focus on a business problem, decide in groups the main challenges and how to meet them. Guided discussion, creating convincing arguments, improving our speaking skills, for clear communication is our aim. We look at what is trending in business to help us keep our language on point and up to date. This course can be booked together with Business Blitz 2 or just taken on its own.

Practise your English communication in the workplace. You will use your English oral and written communication skills in a variety of business situations. Emphasis is on fluency and vocabulary. Your level of English should be stable on the C1 level. To make sure the course is useful for everyone in class please take the placement test before registering.
